Hotel Davanzati felt like a hidden gem in the heart of Florence, located in a historic building. the staff was warm and accommodating, helping with luggage up the 20-plus steps to the entrance. the room was well-equipped and comfortable, with a quiet ambiance and effective air conditioning. the ample breakfast selection, including freshly made coffee, was delightful. While the stairs may be a challenge for some, the staff's assistance made up for it. the central location was perfect for exploring the city, and the hotel's cozy decor added to its charm. the complimentary happy hour was a lovely touch, enhancing the overall experience.
